The cultured writer’s Breakfast .

Ingredients;

Ground Coffee of choice

Fresh tap water

Kettle.

Cafetiere

Milk and/or sugar if required.

Directions.

Half fill the kettle with the tap water.

Plug in the kettle and wait for it to boil.

Please three tbs coffee grounds into cafetiere

Pour boiling water onto grounds and leave to brew for several minutes.

Add milk (hot or cold to suit) and/or sugar if required and TUCK IN.

Enjoy!

Serving suggestion. Try a glass or two of vintage Chateau Grand Monteil Bordeaux to add a little je ne sais quoi. Zoot alours.
